Order form is open through midnight, March 13th.
Orders will be printed and available for pickup within two weeks of order form close. You will receive a notification via email for pickup.
Names and/or numbers can be added to apparel by adding item R, R1 or R3 below to your cart. Please follow directions within the item to indicate the appropriate names and garments in which to add them to.
Please note: All order form purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are printed on demand. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as ordered however we may need to substitute a similar item with available inventory.
